Stay and Play
What do we do?
We provide care for your children, before and after school, from 7.45am until 6pm every school day.
Children are able to enjoy a wide range of different activities, including games, construction toys, painting, cookery, puzzles, arts & crafts, and outdoor play.
What does it cost?
Breakfast Club
We open our doors at 7.45am and charge £5 per session. You can drop at any time between 7.45am and 8.30am. Children can have a healthy breakfast of cereal, toast, bagel, fresh fruit and squash, making them ready for the school day ahead. Booking of sessions will close automatically 48 hours before each session. Reminders will not be sent, please ensure you book your sessions 48 hours before the session needed.
After School Club
We close our doors at 6.00pm and charge £12 for a full session between 3.20pm and 6pm. You can collect any time between 3.20pm and 6.00pm, by calling at the hall/Ash class or playground. Signs will be put out to tell you where the session is being held. Light healthy snacks are also provided in after school club. Cut off for booking sessions will be 12 midday each Friday the week before.
The pricing and sessions available are as follows:
3.20pm—4.20pm = £5.00
4.20pm—5.20pm = £4.00
5.20pm—6.00pm = £3.00
3.20p[m—6.00pm = £12.00
This is a cascading pricing structure to meet demand and cover staffing required.
Hoppers Fee:
This will be charged at £1 per child per session for any session that is booked on the day or after the cut off. Late bookings increase admin time and therefore costs.
Late school pick up:
If your child is still on school premises at 3.30pm, they will be taken across to after school club, where the usual After School Club charge will apply.
Late collection Fee:
If you have booked for a session (eg til 4.20pm) but are late picking up, you will be charged for the following session also. If you have booked til 6pm but are late, you will be charged £2.00 between 6.00pm and 6.10pm and an additional £5 for every 5 minutes after that. If we cannot make contact with you or any of your named contacts, we will begin our safeguarding procedures.
Payment is made using our online payments system on Arbor. We also accept childcare vouchers, please enquire at the school office.
