Join Our Team – Forest School Leader (Maternity Cover) 

Are you passionate about outdoor learning and inspiring children through nature? We are looking for a Forest School Leader (Maternity Cover) to join our dedicated team and lead enriching outdoor learning experiences that spark curiosity, confidence, and a love for the natural world.

In this exciting role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality forest school sessions, working closely with pupils and staff to foster learning through exploration and hands-on experiences in our wonderful outdoor setting.

Absences

If your child is unwell and will not be attending school, please contact the School Office before 9am on the first day of absence. Please leave a message on the answer machine if necessary. Further phone calls should be made to advise the school of the length of the absence and the likely day of return.

In the event of medical appointments which are planned, please send a written note/email to the School Office in order that registers can be updated and staff advised, in advance of the date, giving as much notice as possible.

Headteachers can only authorise holiday leave in exceptional circumstances. Please write or email the Headteacher at least 6 weeks prior to the proposed leave. Holiday leave will not be granted if it coincides with end of the Key Stage assessments.
